Health & Safety
Every day, on every project, workplace safety is the top priority. MULTI’s teams are regularly trained to manage compliance and stay alert to risks and hazards on site. We aim to have zero accidents by encouraging everyone to play a part and react to ANY near miss before it becomes serious. By empowering our staff to be vigilant, our culture of prevention, caution, and challenge is safeguarding people’s welfare and health. Practicality, risks, and methodology are fully assessed, and appropriate precautions or control measures are implemented. This rigorous approach means you can be confident we are always operating safely.
In addition, we are supported by our in-house Health and Safety Advisor, who is qualified by NEBOSH in Construction Health and Safety Management. This expertise ensures that all safety protocols are not only compliant with industry standards but also tailored to our specific operations. Our qualified SMSTS Managers and SSSTS Supervisors ensure that we adhere to both our own and our clients’ requirements when managing our ECS-qualified operatives and the work we undertake.
